Gamifying Change  

TetraPakMan is a mobile game created for Tetra Pak to help with change management in the company, and to help employees learn about the business transformation initatives that were taking place.

Each of the new key initatives were turned into power-ups, which were unlocked across different unique levels when progressing through the game.

For example, a new digital tool that allows people to configure, price and quote more quickly was given the power-up Ultra Speed, along with concrete business information, and handy links to documentation. 

We saw an extremely high download rate, and a lot of competitiveness to top the leaderboard. Employees were using it on average twice a day, for 15 minutes per session, while learning about their Digital Business transformation Journey.
