Empowering the youth
Priority One wanted to help kids in the Tauranga region unlock their creativity. Together we created the Young Innovator Awards, a competition where innovation is encouraged, nurtured and celebrated.
Five categories of research, communication, sustainability, innovation, and creativity guide students in their ideation and through the development of their project.
Over the past 10+ years it has grown exponentially and I am proud to have been part of its creation, and to be affiliated with such an awesome initiative.
